ABOUT US
NJBPNG was the first Chapter to launch under new leadership in 2012. These original members formed a small steering committee which was responsible for the organization and branding used today.
Though many networking groups exist across the Metro NY and NJ regions, NJBPNG has a solid history of hosting large events to include Rutgers, Kean University and special lectures such as the FBI. We serve professionals at every stage of their professional journey. At our events you can meet PhDs and MDs, researchers, published academics, IT whiz-kids, sales & marketing gurus, and corporate department heads.

About Rutgers iJOBS:
Rutgers’ iJOBS prepares biomedical and engineering PhD students and postdoctoral fellows for non-academic jobs and is open to Rutgers, Princeton, NJIT, Stevens Institute and Rowan trainees. Through career panels, company site visits, workshops and networking events, iJOBS exposes trainees to the many career options available to PhD level scientists. Benefits of iJOBS to the biopharma industry include access to a highly trained pipeline, the ability to influence curriculum, vet potential hires through externships, promotion of company brand, interactions with academia and community outreach. iJOBS aims to provide a link to NJ’s biopharma industry for job placement and ensure that trainees are prepared to contribute immediately to the workforce.
